Monica is a Real Estate Associate Broker who has been licensed since 2002.  In the beginning of that year she took a position at Sunday River Realty working for Susan Beer, and she will tell you that Susan was her inspiration for getting her real estate license.  Susan made Monica realize that her outgoing personality and her passion for conversation as well as her extensive knowledge of the Bethel region made her a great candidate for a real estate agent.  So, she went to school, got her license, and has been connecting buyers and sellers ever since.

Ever since Monica was little her mother has been in banking. This has proven to be a great asset to Monica’s career, giving her a comfortable familiarity with the lending process as well as many of the loan programs available today, including conventional financing, construction programs, Maine State Housing and Rural Development, to name a few. She enjoys working with people of all walks of life, and when it comes to real estate, feels that there is something out there for everybody.  Monica is well versed in the modular home construction process, having acted as general contractor in the building of her own home 4 years ago.  She also has an extensive knowledge of the Sunday River On Mountain Condominiums and Town Homes as she spent a significant amount of time getting acquainted with these properties in the beginning of her career.
